- API request logs (endpoints, timestamps, response times)
Voice Cloning Data
If you use voice cloning features, we collect:
- Audio samples you upload
- Transcripts of the audio
- Voice models generated from your samples
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. We receive and store:
- Stripe customer ID
- Subscription status and plan
- Billing history (invoice amounts and dates)
- Last four digits of your card (for display purposes)
Technical Data
We automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device information
- Cookies and similar technologies

- Create and store voice clones as directed

- Account data: Until you delete your account
- Generated audio: 90 days, or until manually deleted
- Voice clones: Until you delete them or your account

- Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or deleting your account.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Service providers: Who help us operate the service (hosting, payment processing)
- Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Authentication and database (EU/US)
- Stripe: Payment processing (PCI compliant)
- Cloudflare R2: Audio file storage
- RunPod: AI model inference

We implement appropriate security measures including:

- Encryption at rest for sensitive data
- Secure password hashing
- API key hashing (we never store plain API keys)
